Bio
Elsie is a planner, project manager and researcher with 20 years of experience working primarily in the nonprofit sector supporting community and economic development efforts in historically marginalized communities. She has contributed to the development and implementation of research and evaluation initiatives aiming to attract investment to underserved urban neighborhoods and to promote equity and inclusion in city and regional planning processes. Elsie maintains a deep and consistent commitment to social justice and to facilitating and celebrating the recognition, respect, and representation of difference.
