Education & Training

An important goal of UBC’s Equity and Inclusion Office is to heighten campus awareness and understanding of issues of discrimination, harassment, equity, diversity and human rights, and of two University policies; Employment Equity, and Discrimination and Harassment. The Office seeks to achieve this goal primarily through education and training.

Our education and training program includes customized presentations, briefings, panel discussions, and workshops delivered to students, administrators, faculty, staff, representatives from unions, employee associations, departmental equity committees and the wider community.
